Reset & Reconnect
This Sabiha Spirit gathering offers a carefully held ceremonial journey combining breath, traditional medicine, and sound to support release, clarity, and reconnection. The day is designed as a slow, intentional process allowing the body, mind, and nervous system to be supported every step of the way.
We begin with gentle holographic breathwork to ground, regulate, and open the space with intention. From here, participants are guided into a Kambo circle, followed by deep rest, sound bath integration, and nourishing fruit to close and replenish.
What is Kambo?
Kambo is a traditional Amazonian medicine used by indigenous tribes for cleansing and restoring balance. It is not psychedelic, but works through bioactive peptides that interact with the body’s systems, often creating a short and intense purge.
In ceremonial settings, Kambo is approached as a practice of release, helping to clear physical stagnation, emotional heaviness, and energetic blocks. Many people experience a sense of mental clarity, grounding, and renewed connection after the process.
Kambo is best understood not as something that “fixes” or “treats,” but as a catalyst that invites the body to reset and recalibrate when held with care, intention, and proper integration.
Schedule Layout
Arrival & Opening
Guests arrive, settle into the space, and are gently welcomed. Time to ground, connect, and set intentions for the day.
Gentle Holographic Breathwork
We begin with a guided holographic breathwork to calm the nervous system, bring awareness into the body, and open the energetic field. This practice supports regulation, presence, and readiness for the journey ahead.
Kambo Circle
The Kambo circle is held by Kambo Vital in a carefully facilitated, supportive environment. Participants are guided through the process with respect, clarity, and presence, allowing space for cleansing, release, and reconnection. Adequate time is given for rest and observation throughout.
Integration & Rest
After the Kambo circle, the group is guided into a period of rest and grounding to allow the body to settle and recalibrate.
Sound Bath Integration
A deeply restorative sound bath follows, using gentle frequencies to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and energetic integration.
Closing & Nourishment
We close the day with fresh fruit & herbal tea to gently replenish and ground the body, followed by a soft closing circle.
