Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sabiha Studios, we ask all clients to read this policy carefully before booking. By booking a class, treatment, event, or membership, you agree to the following cancellation and refund terms.

Classes

  • All class bookings are non-refundable.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the class start time.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive:

    • A reschedule, or

    • Studio credit (where applicable).

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend (no-shows), will not be refunded or credited.

Treatments & 1:1 Sessions

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged in full.

  • This policy applies to all private sessions and treatments.

Events, Workshops & Special Sessions

  • Tickets for events, workshops, sound baths, ceremonies, collaborations, and special sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.

  • This is due to limited capacity and advance preparation.

  • If Sabiha Studios cancels an event, you will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to transfer your booking to a future event.

Memberships

  • Membership payments are non-refundable.

  • Unused classes or sessions do not roll over, unless explicitly stated in your membership plan.

  • Memberships may only be paused or adjusted in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Sabiha Studios.

  • Sound baths or premium sessions included in memberships are subject to availability and limited capacity.

Late Arrival

  • Please arrive on time for all sessions.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or refusal of entry, for safety and experience reasons.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies, at the discretion of Sabiha Studios. Supporting information may be requested.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for processing
