Sabiha Studios – Terms & Conditions

By booking or attending any class, treatment, workshop, event, or by using the Sabiha Studios space or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Sabiha Studios provides wellness-based classes, treatments, workshops, events, and memberships. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Sabiha Studios.

Sabiha Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website.

2. Health & Safety

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in any activity at Sabiha Studios.

  • Please inform your facilitator or practitioner before the session begins of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, mental health concerns, or other relevant health issues.

  • Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

  • If at any point you feel unwell, dizzy, or uncomfortable, you must stop immediately and notify the facilitator.

Sabiha Studios accepts no responsibility for injuries or adverse effects resulting from undisclosed health conditions.

3. Liability Disclaimer

All movement-based and holistic practices carry an inherent level of risk.

By attending Sabiha Studios, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own risk

  • Sabiha Studios, its owners, facilitators, and practitioners are not liable for:

    • Injury, illness, or physical or emotional harm

    • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

    • Aggravation of pre-existing conditions

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our booking system or approved booking links.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Classes

  • All class bookings are non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule or receive studio credit if you cancel at least 24 hours before the class start time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the class, or no-shows, will not be refunded or credited.

Treatments & 1:1 Sessions

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

Events, Workshops & Special Sessions

  • Tickets for events, workshops, sound baths, ceremonies, collaborations, and special sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.

  • If Sabiha Studios cancels an event, you will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to transfer your booking to a future event.

Memberships

  • Membership payments are non-refundable.

  • Unused classes or sessions do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

  • Memberships may only be paused in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Sabiha Studios.

  • Sound baths or premium sessions included in memberships are subject to availability and may have limited capacity.

6. Late Arrival & Entry

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or refusal of entry, for safety and experience reasons.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals.

7. Studio Etiquette

  • Mobile phones should be switched to silent during sessions.

  • Shoes, coats and bags should be left outside the studio space.

  • Respect the space, facilitators, and other attendees.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the session without refund.

8. Changes to Schedule

Sabiha Studios reserves the right to:

  • Change facilitators

  • Modify class times

  • Cancel sessions where necessary

Where possible, advance notice will be given.

9. Personal Belongings

Sabiha Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

10. Photography & Media

Occasionally, photography or video may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform a member of staff before the session begins.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
