What to Expect
This exclusive session brings together gentle yoga and red light therapy for a deeply nourishing, restorative experience designed to support both body and nervous system.
In collaboration with @biohackingmcr, this one-off class offers a unique opportunity to experience red light therapy woven seamlessly into a mindful movement practice, something you won’t find in a standard yoga class.
🔴 The Practice
The session will move slowly and intentionally, focusing on easeful movement, breath awareness, and gentle strengthening. The red light therapy creates a warm, calming environment that supports the body as it softens into the poses.
This combination is often used to support:
muscle and joint recovery
circulation and cellular energy
nervous system regulation
relaxation and stress relief
The practice is accessible and suitable for all levels, no prior experience with yoga or red light therapy is needed.
