This is a light-hearted, feel-good event designed to help you laugh, let go, and choose yourself. No trauma dumping, no pressure, just good energy and great company.
What to Expect
We’ll start the evening with a welcome drink and settle into a cosy, candle-lit studio as a classic rom-com plays in the background.
You’ll be guided through a fun “Paint Your Ex – On Glass” activity, where you’ll paint emotions, symbols, patterns, or words representing what you’re ready to release (no names, no details, keep it playful!).
Once complete, we’ll wipe the glass clean together in a simple, symbolic moment of release… then repaint something just for you, an intention, affirmation, or reminder of your standards moving forward. This final piece is yours to take home 💕
The night winds down with snacks, sipping, and finishing the movie together in full PJ-party style.
