Slow Morning Flow

Tali’s morning practice is a warm, spacious welcome into the day. A blend of breathwork, sun salutations and fluid asanas designed to centre the mind and anchor you into your body. With her gentle guidance, you explore the transitions between shapes, finding the strength in softening and the presence in each moment. No destination, just movement, breath and embodiment.
