Beyond the mat…

Brontë

Brontë is a certified Yoga teacher trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Nada (Sound) Yoga, with further studies in Somatic Tantra, Embodied Yin, and Somatic Nidra. Her teaching weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, sound healing, and somatic awareness — creating practices that honour the whole self.

Her classes are gentle invitations to move intuitively, rest deeply, and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythms. Whether you’re seeking strength, softness, or stillness, Brontë offers a supportive, inclusive space where all bodies and levels are welcome, and variations are always available to meet you where you are.

Sound plays a central role in Brontë’s offerings. Through immersive soundscapes and healing instruments, she supports deep rest, nervous system regulation, and a sense of grounded presence. Each class is carefully held with sound, guiding you through grounding, movement, rest, and integration.

Inspired by the grounding power of nature, Brontë’s teaching continues to evolve as she explores new movement practices and healing modalities.

I’m deeply connected to the natural world. My work in forestry keeps me learning from trees and woodlands, a relationship that continually shapes my understanding of grounding, resilience, and growth.

When I’m not facilitating, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my dog, Delphi; hiking, mountain biking, or paddleboarding through wild landscapes near and far. I let curiosity guide me, always exploring new places and experiences, with movement remaining a constant source of nourishment and medicine.
