Beth
Beth has been teaching Pilates for over five years with her own practice, Pilates by Beth, in London, and has now returned home to Cheshire.
Her journey with Pilates began after being diagnosed with osteoporosis. Movement became medicine, and Pilates was prescribed as a key part of her rehabilitation. She swapped high-impact cardio for mindful mat work and soon fell in love with the strength, alignment and connection it offered.
Alongside a career as a national journalist, Beth trained with London’s Body control pilates, combining her curiosity for storytelling with her passion for mindful movement.
Her classes focus on building bone density, strength and flexibility while nurturing the connection between body, mind and breath.
Beth’s sessions are about creating a supportive and uplifting space where everyone, regardless of experience, can move with confidence and leave with balance, strength and a smile.
